Training Content

  • Learn the Joy of Breathing technique
  • Practice one 30 minutes breathwork session each day for 3 days. This will prepare your mind and body for the deeper experience on the 4th day.
  • Practice a 90 minutes healing breathwork session on the 4th day in order to experience a deep relaxation and healing state of body, mind and emotions.

Time Investment

  • Day 1: 90 minutes
  • Day 2: 60 minutes
  • Day 3: 60 minutes
  • Day 4: 120 minutes


  • No prior experience required
  • The breathing technique will be introduced and you will have 3 days to practice before the deep healing session on day 4

What You Need

  • A quiet place where no one will disturb you during the breathwork sessions
  • A good headphone or stereo equipment (a quality sound will improve your experience)
  • A yoga mattress (or similar) for laying down during the breathwork sessions
  • A blanket in case you’re feeling cold
