The word “Kundalini” invokes a sense of mystery and awe of a powerful spiritual, transformative energy that lay sleeping within us near the base of the spine at Muladhara Chakra.

Kundalini is the intelligent life force energy within us, taking care of all of our bodily functions, including responding to our consciousness, thoughts and feelings. This energy is awake to different degrees and varies from person to person. And for many people, Kundalini is only functioning at a very basic level to take care of the body and survival functions.

But when this “sleeping” energy is awakened, it does the work of transformation, and the caterpillar becomes the butterfly.

At this 90 min Online Breathwork Event, you will learn about Muladhara chakra and this sleeping energy Kundalini – how to awaken it, move it up through the spine, through the Chakras, and to the top of the head with specific practices, including the Joy of Breathing and balancing chakra meditation.

Note: Awakening kundalini is a gradual process. It’s important to go about this in a very mindful way that brings greater balance, harmony, and stability in body, mind, emotions. It is a process of clearing out of the weeds of the mind and the limiting self beliefs that don’t serve us. It’s an opening up to the greater possibilities that await a more awakened consciousness.
