We kindly ask you to pay in advance for the classes. A payment is valid for any class. Please don’t worry if you can’t make it for a specific class, your credit remains valid for any other one.
Please pay at latest 1 hour in advance if you want to join the class of the day. This is to make sure we can send you the Zoom meeting link on time.
You will receive the Zoom meeting link one day before the next class at the email address used for the payment (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it coming).

Mindful Yoga Online Class
In this class you will learn the Ashtanga Amrit Method of Yoga to refine, build and strengthen your foundation in an authentic yoga practice with the eight limbs of yoga.
The Amrit Method will encourage you to explore the deepest levels of body, mind and spirit with the integrative practices of clear intention, breath, meditative awareness, and conscious integration.
You will learn to balance your nervous system with the “first half” and “second half” of a posture or posture sequence, where you learn to go from an active state of “doing” a posture, to a relaxed state of “being”, feeling, and integrating the effects of the practice.
Each class begins with a teaching on yoga, followed by focused breathing, opening prayers in Sanskrit, then the core asana and meditation practice. The class ends with breathing, relaxation and a prayer in Sanskrit.
Eight Limbs Of Yoga
It creates strength, vitality, inner-calm, stability, centeredness, mental clarity, emotional well-being and meditative awareness through the integrative practice of the Eight-limbs of Yoga:
- Yama: universal ethics
- Niyama: personal observances
- Asana: physical postures
- Pranayama: breath
- Pratyahara: withdrawal of the senses
- Dharana: concentration
- Dhyana: meditation
- Samadhi: tranquility, spiritual illumination, union in one’s Divine Source
