About This Breathwork Journey
Much of how we experience life is shaped not only by what is happening now—but by what has happened before.
The brain continuously interprets reality through past experiences, memories, and emotional imprints. When these experiences remain unresolved, they can influence how we feel, perceive, and respond—often before we are even aware it is happening.
Many reactions arise quickly—felt in the body, expressed emotionally, and acted upon—without a moment to pause and observe.
In this 90-minute Breathwork Journey, Sylvie will guide us in becoming aware of these patterns as they arise—both in daily life and within the breathwork experience—creating space in the body and nervous system for clarity, release, and a natural shift to emerge.
The Manomaya Kosha: Our Mental-Emotional Field
In yogic understanding, the Manomaya Kosha is the layer of our being that holds thoughts, emotions, and sensory impressions—the mental-emotional body.
Our habitual reactions and emotional patterns are stored here, influencing how we perceive and respond. When these experiences remain unresolved, they can create cycles of reactivity, overthinking, and emotional turbulence.
Through conscious breathwork and awareness, we begin to gently release these stored patterns—allowing the Manomaya Kosha to become more balanced, transparent, and free. As the nervous system and heart begin to align, we naturally experience greater coherence, clarity, and ease.
An Observable Inner Process
This journey invites us into a simple but powerful process that can be directly experienced:
Awareness
We begin by noticing what is present—sensations in the body, emotional tone, and habitual reactions. Instead of moving immediately into response, there is space to observe.
Feeling
As awareness deepens, sensations and emotions are allowed to be felt fully—without suppression or judgment. The body begins to reveal where tension or holding exists.
Clarity
With breath and presence, the nervous system begins to settle, energy naturally reorganizes and finds balance, and perception becomes clearer and more liberated—less constrained by past imprints and more open to the present moment.
Space & Shift
From this place of clarity, space opens. Old patterns no longer need to drive responses, allowing a more conscious, aligned way of being to emerge.
Freedom & New Possibility
As this process becomes more familiar, a deeper shift takes place. Patterns that once felt automatic begin to loosen, creating the possibility to choose, respond, and experience life in new ways. A sense of freedom emerges—not by forcing change, but through awareness, integration, and the natural capacity of the Manomaya Kosha to reorganize.

This session is open to everyone — whether you are new to breathwork or have been practicing for years. It is designed for those drawn to explore deeper dimensions of awareness, restore energetic balance, and cultivate greater clarity and presence.
