About This Breathwork Journey

Our vitality and clarity depend on the movement of prana — life-force energy — through a vast network of subtle pathways known as the nadis. Ancient yogic teachings describe 72,000 energy channels that weave throughout the subtle body. When prana moves freely through these channels, we feel grounded, clear, and alive. When energy becomes stagnant or blocked, we may experience tension, emotional heaviness, or a sense of disconnect. In this 90-minute Breathwork Journey, Sylvie will guide us through Soul Dimension breathwork that directly supports the nadi system — helping to restore energetic flow, release blocks, and balance the subtle field of prana that underlies physical, emotional, and mental experience.

The Nadi System: Pathways of Prana

The nadis are the subtle channels that carry prana throughout the energetic body:
  • Ida — receptive, cooling, emotionally balancing
  • Pingala — activating, energizing, mentally focused
  • Sushumna — the central channel of coherence and integration
When Ida and Pingala are harmonized, prana can move more readily through Sushumna, creating a felt sense of alignment and presence. The chakras serve as energetic hubs along this central flow, helping regulate and distribute prana throughout the broader network. As breath deepens, it gently encourages energy to move, soften, and self-organize in ways that feel alive and steady.

How Breathwork Supports the Nadis

Conscious breathing is one of the clearest and most direct ways to influence the flow of prana within the nadis. In this journey, you will:
  • Release physical tension that restricts energetic flow
  • Stimulate circulation of prana throughout the subtle body
  • Balance the dynamic interplay of Ida and Pingala

The Pranamaya Kosha: The Energy Body

In yogic understanding, the subtle energetic layer through which prana flows is called the Pranamaya Kosha — the energy and breath body. When the Pranamaya Kosha is balanced, circulation of prana through the nadis and chakras becomes more coherent, naturally supporting physical wellbeing and emotional regulation.
